A company is looking for a Home Finding Consultant to guide prospective and current residents through the rental home finding process for single-family homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist potential residents throughout the rental home finding process
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals by effectively following up on leads
- Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and marketing teams to enhance the leasing process
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- An active real estate license is preferred
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a service-oriented business
- Basic knowledge of maintenance is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
