Arizona Licensed Loss Drafts Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loss Drafts Associate- Lender Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to written and verbal customer requests and inquiries in a timely manner
• Validates documents related to claims and orders/reviews inspection results
• Processes claim funds and maintains records in accordance with procedural guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Insurance or Financial/Banking experience is preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
