Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Scribe - Float (Hybrid/remote AZ Residents Only).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist primary care providers with clinical documentation during patient visits
• Observe and document patient encounters in real time while collaborating with healthcare teams
• Support providers in identifying and closing care gaps using knowledge of value-based care models

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Commitment to the role for at least 1-2 years
• Extensive on-the-job training in clinical workflows and documentation practices
• Interest in pursuing a career in healthcare-related fields such as Health Informatics or Medical Coding
• Experience or education related to chronic conditions and coding systems (ICD-10 and CPT)
• Pre-med track individuals are encouraged to apply for practical experience
