Job Summary

A company is looking for a remote Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy services in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting
• Design and implement OT treatment plans aligned with IEPs and 504 plans
• Conduct virtual assessments and collaborate with school teams remotely

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting
• Experience with documentation including evaluations, IEPs, and Medicaid billing
• Tech-savvy and adaptable with a passion for working with children
