Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Performance Improvement Program Coordinator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the development and standardization of medical staff performance evaluation programs
- Oversee Medical Staff peer review processes and ensure data integrity and reporting
- Support the effectiveness of the Performance Improvement Program and assist with limited Director duties in their absence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Current RN license in the state of Arizona required
- Minimum 1 year of performance improvement experience required
- Five years of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting required
- Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements, with CMS knowledge required and TJC preferred
