A company is looking for an Assistant Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning and execution of advertising activities for clients under tight deadlines
- Guide the day-to-day development of advertising activities and ensure timely approvals
- Act as a liaison to the Regional HQ office on facilities and IT issues, while maintaining effective communication with agency team members
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in an advertising or marketing agency setting, or a recent graduate with a major in Advertising/Marketing
- Passion for the automotive industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
