Associate Application Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Application Support Engineer EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tier support for Line of Business applications and collaborate with IT and end users
• Proactively improve system uptime and coordinate software patching and upgrades
• Assist with service desk functions including desktop support and inventory management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in Engineering, Information Technology, or similar roles
• Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and SQL Database Design is preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL query language
• Understanding of Linux, VMware, and storage systems is a plus
