Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Application Support Engineer EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tier support for Line of Business applications and collaborate with IT and end users
- Proactively improve system uptime and coordinate software patching and upgrades
- Assist with service desk functions including desktop support and inventory management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in Engineering, Information Technology, or similar roles
- Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and SQL Database Design is preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL query language
- Understanding of Linux, VMware, and storage systems is a plus
