Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Analyst to support data conversion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Analyze source data to develop accurate crosswalk mapping files for data conversions
• Ensure timely completion of data conversions to meet client effective dates

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in data analysis with a strong understanding of data storage and manipulation
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work extended hours during peak project times
• Experience in developing operational solutions in cross-functional teams is preferred
• Experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industry is a plus
