Associate Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Consultant II to join their Consulting Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead virtual training sessions and provide strategy recommendations to ensure successful onboarding of clients
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while establishing priorities and maintaining communication with clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences and achieve business goals

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Fluency in both Spanish and English
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot CRM is a plus
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage competing priorities independently
