Key Responsibilities
- Lead virtual training sessions and provide strategy recommendations to ensure successful onboarding of clients
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while establishing priorities and maintaining communication with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experiences and achieve business goals
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot CRM is a plus
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage competing priorities independently
