Associate Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Engineer to provide MSS support and contribute to service health and operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary responder for Cyber Operations client systems and track configuration issues through resolution
• Act as a point of escalation for other Engineers and provide guidance and mentoring
• Advise on best practices for SIEM and Enterprise Security products and provide remote consulting services

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Security, or Networking, or an Associate's degree with equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in the discipline domain
• General security knowledge and familiarity with TCP/IP networking and protocols
• Experience with ticketing and knowledge base systems for incident and problem tracking
• Training and experience in non-SIEM network security products
