Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer specializing in AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build customer experience and conversational AI solutions, including dialog flows and API integrations
• Develop and maintain technical integrations between solutions and various technologies
• Create technical documentation and conduct training sessions on implemented solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years of experience in software engineering or technical solution development
• Familiarity with conversational AI concepts and REST APIs
• Foundational knowledge of AWS/cloud services and experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience with conversational AI platforms and CRM systems
