Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and manage identity and access management requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle user-submitted tickets related to hardware, software, and access issues
- Manage IAM requests for internal systems and external EMR platforms
- Perform software installations and assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support/helpdesk role
- Experience supporting users in a Microsoft 365 cloud environment
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and remote support tools
- Hands-on experience with VPN and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) client installation
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) practices
