Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape product strategy and define requirements
• Oversee Agile processes, including sprint planning and backlog refinement, to ensure timely delivery of product features

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, particularly revenue cycle management and 835 X12 transactions
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• General understanding of technology architecture and HIPAA/privacy regulations
• Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
