Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Production Support Analyst to provide customer and Salesforce support in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve 1st and 2nd tier support queries
- Maintain Salesforce Service Tickets and provide follow-up on customer requests
- Investigate and track customer issues, providing accurate solutions and escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; AA/AS degree preferred
- 2+ years of escrow-related work experience
- 2+ years of customer service-related work experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales transactions and client operating systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce and MS Office products
