Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Modern Retail Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and integrate third-party vendor information into Modern Retail products while managing implementation progress
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer communications during the implementation process
• Collaborate with dealer partners to gather necessary data feeds and customization settings

Required Qualifications

• Experience in leading the development and implementation of new processes in a startup or early-stage environment
• Proven ability to scale operations successfully across regions
• Familiarity with software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools and their management
• Experience with APIs, web services, and data feeds
• 1-2 years of combined operations and automotive experience is preferred
