Associate Security Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Security Operations Analyst who will be a critical part of the Information Security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and investigate suspicious or malicious activity and alerts
• Assist staff with SIEM systems configurations and provide support during incident response activities
• Conduct threat and vulnerability analysis and maintain metrics reporting on remediation effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or related field, or minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience with a high school diploma/GED
• Proficient in Microsoft, Mac, or Linux operating systems
• Understanding of fundamental Information Technology concepts
• Ability to provide rotational on-call coverage and support a flexible work schedule
