Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices while assisting in establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence
- Contribute to sessions aimed at helping customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform and run community-based engagement opportunities
- Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations and advocate for customer needs cross-functionally
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer
- A willingness to learn about cloud and cyber security technologies
- Understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
- Familiarity with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
