Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Underwriter (Blue Incentives).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with up to 75,000 members and $225,000,000 in premium under guidance
• Meet or exceed revenue, margin, membership, and persistency goals
• Evaluate underwriting risk, determine premium rates, and recommend benefit plan designs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 0-2 years of experience in a related field
• In lieu of a degree, 3+ years of experience in a related field
