Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive engagement strategies for assigned pods/CSAs, identifying real-time opportunities to connect with and grow the social community
- Engage directly with audiences across channels in a thoughtful, human way, responding to and cultivating brand love moments
- Collaborate closely with social media managers, strategists, and operations teams to align engagement approaches with broader campaign priorities
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in social media, audience engagement, digital editorial, or brand communications
- Deep understanding of social media best practices and platform nuances
- Strong copywriting and editorial instincts aligned with a global brand
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and operations stakeholders
- Comfort with social tools and editorial planning systems
