Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the Contract Compliance audit team, ensuring optimal operations and adherence to processes
- Perform complex operational, financial, and statistical analyses to communicate results and identify performance indicators
- Manage staff training, development, and performance reviews, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- CFE and CPA certifications preferred
- 5-7+ years of related experience in an office environment with management responsibilities
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of budget and workforce planning
- At least two years of management experience required
