A company is looking for an Audit Support COB and DM.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative activities within the COB and DM departments
- Communicate with Medicare, insurance companies, and providers to gather member eligibility details
- Enter accurate member, group, and claim information into relevant tools and ensure data confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 0-1 years of prior experience, preferably in an administrative support role
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- At least 1 year of internal experience at the company is recommended
- Understanding of HIPAA laws and organizational policies
