Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative activities within the COB and DM departments to support audit processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives through task-based assignments
- Communicate with Medicare, insurance companies, and providers to gather member eligibility details
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of prior experience, including entry-level candidates, is welcome
- Prior experience in an administrative support function is preferred
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary
- Understanding of HIPAA laws and regulatory requirements is essential
