Job Summary
A company is looking for an Author Community Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with curriculum and production teams to identify knowledge gaps within the author community
- Coordinate with domain leads to source authors for new content and vet their qualifications
- Mentor prospective authors and manage onboarding tasks, ensuring they meet teaching and production standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree
- Experience in technical recruitment, business development, or program management
- Experience with instructional design or EdTech is preferred
- Familiarity with the technology landscape and trends within specific domains is strongly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and pipeline management software is preferred
