Azure Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ETL Data Engineer to support a healthcare analytics and consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data loading and transformation
• Write scripts using Python and JSON for ETL automation and pipeline orchestration

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development in Medicaid/Medicare data warehouse environments
• Expert-level proficiency with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Strong scripting skills in Python and JSON
• Proficient in Snowflake and SQL development and performance tuning
• Experience with healthcare data, especially claims data from managed care providers, is a strong plus
