Backend Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Engineer II for their Investment Products team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to production code by implementing tickets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Project Management, and Leadership teams
• Lead and execute technical initiatives while optimizing performance of business-critical processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of relevant experience building and supporting production software
• Expertise with SQL or NoSQL solutions
• Experience with API design and implementation (REST/GraphQL)
• Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
• Experience with a major, dynamically typed programming language
