Backend Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backend Test Developer to enhance government services through technology modernization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and build software collaboratively with engineering teams
• Architect, implement, and deploy new systems and improvements with government partners
• Write and maintain documentation for testing processes and monitor test results

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an agile, multidisciplinary team environment
• Experience developing and maintaining test frameworks and scripts for server-side logic
• Proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks such as JUnit and Postman
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and server-side architectures
• Familiarity with security testing and data protection best practices
