Backup/Recovery Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Backup/Recovery Engineer Mid Level.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities related to the configuration and operation of systems
• Support system optimization and resource utilization
• Perform system capacity analysis and planning

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree
• Technical experience in IT, including microcomputers, DOS, and Windows operating systems
• Experience providing daily user support for hardware and software issues
• Ability to respond to user trouble tickets based on established Service-Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Experience assisting users with installation and configuration issues related to supported software and hardware
