Key Responsibilities
- Responds to complex customer inquiries and processes requests with proper documentation
- Monitors daily transactions and reviews client reports to ensure data integrity
- Assists in the day-to-day operations of the customer service area, including training less experienced staff
Required Qualifications
- Six or more years of customer service or telephone experience
- Experience working with organizational functions and personnel
- Familiarity with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
- Experience using help desk software
- Ability to work independently and follow oral and written directions
