A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Behavioral Health team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with members to understand their needs and provide advocacy for their health
- Review member claim history and perform financial data maintenance as necessary
- Educate members on their rights and responsibilities according to their contract
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
- Experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a quiet and secure workspace at home
- Ability to work Monday-Friday from 10:30am-7:00pm EST
