Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Behavioral Health team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with members to understand their needs and provide advocacy for their health
  • Review member claim history and perform financial data maintenance as necessary
  • Educate members on their rights and responsibilities according to their contract
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have a quiet and secure workspace at home
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday from 10:30am-7:00pm EST
