A company is looking for a Tester, Benefit Configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Completes benefit configuration testing for new client implementations and changes accurately and timely
- Maintains understanding of claims adjudication systems to test configurations meeting client expectations
- Participates in process improvement and contributes to training materials and departmental policies
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
- Minimal experience or training to begin learning role-specific skills
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to perform tasks with close supervision
- Entry-level position with full-time employment type
