Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls regarding employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement
- Manage a steady volume of calls while navigating multiple systems
- Provide excellent customer service to create positive experiences for clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Previous call center experience with high volume calls
- Experience with healthcare and employer benefits is preferred
- Proficiency in keyboarding and MS Office
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
