Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefits Consultant to manage employee benefit programs remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer various employee benefit programs including medical, retirement, and disability
- Assist in the design and implementation of benefits programs to enhance workforce attraction and retention
- Serve as a key contact for plan vendors and consult with organizational levels on benefits-related matters
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-5 years of experience with Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM)
- Knowledge of benefits program management techniques and regulatory compliance (ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA)
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) or GBA designation is desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of PeopleSoft is a plus
