Key Responsibilities
- Guide members through benefits enrollment and assist with updates to health and/or pension plans
- Deliver personalized support via phone, email, and webchat, prioritizing quality service
- Interpret plan documents and explain them in simple, easy-to-understand language
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
- Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or French is encouraged, with additional pay for bilingual skills
