A company is looking for a Benefits Customer Service Representative-Virtual/Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and respond to plan participants via phone, email, and instant messaging
- Customize service approaches to accommodate various communication styles while maintaining professionalism
- Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Must reside within a 2-hour radius of Buffalo, NY
