- Process patient prescription orders and handle inbound/outbound calls daily
- Utilize multiple systems and portals to ensure efficient service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Must live within 75 miles of Raleigh, NC or Monroeville, PA
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, specifically in medical insurance or benefits verification
- 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications such as Microsoft Office
- 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
- Direct/hardwired internet connection with specified speed and a secure home workspace
