Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 1+ years of experience in Collections, Call Center, or Customer Service roles
• Ability to accurately enter and update data in systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend availability
