Bilingual Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support translation of benefit, clinical, marketing, and transactional materials from English to Spanish
• Manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision, including project management duties and coordination with Language Service Providers
• Perform reviews of translated files, flag defects, and maintain accurate project trackers and billing reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in project management or linguistic services
• 1+ year of experience with healthcare-related materials and CMS compliance
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel and Word
• BA/BS Degree or comparable work experience preferred
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing and material creation is a plus
