A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I Bilingual Cambodian.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately
- Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during initial contact
- Documents all communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Experience with multitasking using multiple systems preferred
- Fluency in Cambodian is required
