Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with members or providers
- Manage assigned caseload and dashboard efficiently
- Identify, investigate, and resolve issues within determined SLAs
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in customer support, healthcare, tech, or related field
- Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
- 1+ years of claims experience
- 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED
