A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I Bilingual Korean or Vietnamese.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
  • Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during initial contact
  • Documents communications and maintains performance standards based on contact center metrics
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
  • Fluency in Korean or Vietnamese is required
  • Experience with multitasking using multiple systems preferred
