Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I Bilingual Korean or Vietnamese.
Key Responsibilities
- Responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Mitigates complaints to resolve issues during initial contact
- Documents communications and maintains performance standards based on contact center metrics
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Entry-level position with little or no previous experience needed
- Fluency in Korean or Vietnamese is required
- Experience with multitasking using multiple systems preferred
