Key Responsibilities
- Responds to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center
- Initiates auto and homeowner claims by obtaining preliminary loss information
- Provides customers with an explanation of the claim process and status updates
Required Qualifications and Education
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Insurance Adjusters License may be required in applicable states
