A company is looking for a Remote Gold Customer Service Representative Bilingual Spanish English.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers by resolving inbound phone calls regarding renewals, coverage, billing, and policy changes
- Analyze customer and agent needs to ensure satisfaction and retention of business
- Provide guidance on insurance products and services through upselling and cross-selling
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 months related work experience, preferably in customer service
- Proficiency with computers and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to handle confidential information and pass state-specific insurance tests
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
