A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual English/Japanese.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outpatient cases, hospitalization arrangements, and patient transportation independently
- Manage death case arrangements and confirm necessary information for foreign visitors' projects
- Review invoices and reimbursement claims to ensure accuracy and legitimacy, reporting necessary information to clients
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
- Basic knowledge of travel insurance policies and related systems
- Interpersonal negotiation skills and business manners
- Ability to respond accurately and manage time effectively
