Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service for basic and routine inquiries via multiple channels
- Respond to incoming and outgoing communications regarding Federal Student Aid Loan Servicing
- Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting customer inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
- Fluency in English and a specified secondary language
- Must reside in the U.S. and be a U.S. citizen
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Basic math and PC skills, including MS Office applications
