A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in both English and Spanish
- Assist patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and pharmacies with inquiries and scheduling, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain organized records of all interactions
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Quiet, private workspace at home with a wired high-speed internet connection
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office applications and ability to operate computer equipment
- Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual candidates required)
