Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least six months of customer service-related experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, spelling, and grammar)
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to work remote while residing within a 50-mile radius of office locations
