Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • Ability to handle a high call volume of 50-100 calls daily
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications and typing skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of protected health information
