Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits, claims, and billing from customers
- Document relevant information and provide appropriate responses to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and de-escalate stressful situations while meeting performance goals
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Ability to handle a high call volume of 50-100 calls daily
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications and typing skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of protected health information
