Required Qualifications

- Fluent in Spanish and English with excellent spoken and written communication skills
- A designated work from home area with high-speed internet and minimal interruptions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with a telephony system such as Talkdesk or RingDNA
