A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist potential customers in navigating the online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes
  • Work with existing customers to resolve administrative and billing questions promptly
  • Utilize multiple communication channels to engage with customers and document interactions using support ticketing software
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume contact center environment
  • Familiarity with support ticketing and/or CRM software tools
  • Passion for helping people, particularly regarding their health
