Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Healthcare Representative- Spanish Bilingual - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with healthcare inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Handle inbound calls and outbound campaigns regarding health insurance policies and account updates
• Provide support in completing orders and addressing customer concerns

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
• Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
